Meet Brittany

Hi! Im Brittany Edmondson, a therapist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for adults navigating life’s challenges. I believe that therapy should feel genuine, relational, and collaborative. This means that I meet clients where they are while helping them move toward healing and growth.

My clinical focus includes anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges. I strive to have an approach that is warm, down-to-earth, and individualized to each client’s needs. I value helping clients gain insight into patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools that can be applied outside of sessions.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches while also recognizing the importance of faith and spirituality in the healing process. For clients who desire it, I enjoy integrating a faith-based perspective into counseling and encouraging clients in both emotional and spiritual growth.

My goal is for clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate the challenges of everyday life.
